The elections office shall enforce the following rules at all elections office Forums:

at least one of the chairs/moderators of the Forum must be a Member of the Elections Staff;

each Candidate or side shall be afforded an opportunity to speak that is equal to the opportunity afforded to each Candidate or side in their race;

no objects shall be thrown;

no heckling shall occur;
-
no Campaign Materials shall be distributed in the room in which any Forum is being held;

no Candidate, side or Volunteer representing a Campaign shall interfere, attempt to stop, limit, or otherwise dissuade a Member from asking a question during an elections office organized Forum;

the chair shall prioritize audience questions from Members who have not already submitted a question orally or electronically.

The chair of the Forum shall be permitted to set a time limit restricting the length of individual questions and answers during Forums, at their discretion, so long as these details are provided to the Candidates and sides in advance and verbalized at the start of the Forum.

Where an individual or Candidate contravenes Section 01(1), the elections office staff shall remove that individual from the Forum before proceeding.

Where a Candidate or side contravenes Section 01(1), the Elections Staff has the authority to enforce any disciplinary they deem appropriate, as prescribed under Section 18.
