Student Group Check-in - All registered student groups must complete this form at the beginning of each shift to check in! More information about self check in can be found here.

General Information for Attendees - Groups will be tabling January 7 - 9, 2025 from 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM in the Students' Union Building. The Student Group Showcase will be happening January 7 - 9, 2025 at noon on SUBstage! Join us for performances from an assortment of groups.

Contest Information - Meet Clubs, Win Prizes! Use UASU Perks to check in at Winter Clubs Fair and collect points by talking to clubs, then redeem your points for a chance to win a Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite!

List of Student Groups Participating - This spreadsheet includes all groups participating in Winter Clubs Fair tabling and activity zones. Groups should use this spreadsheet to find their table number each day. Attendees can use this spreadsheet to discover which groups are available and when.

Please refer to the list of student groups participating to find out which group is at which table each shift! Remember: shifts change over at 1:00 PM so some groups will only be tabling in the morning and some will only be tabling in the afternoon on a given day.
